WARRANTY POLICY

Pacific Safe Manufacturing, Inc. stands behind its products, and offers a 1-year limited warranty on all our new safes. Why “limited,” you ask? The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not cases of abuse, misuse or damage due to burglary.

The Warranty Process:
  1. We will ask a series of questions to narrow down what the problem is.
  2. Depending on the problem, we may send a technician, or just parts to remedy the situation.
  3. We may need to get the old parts back so we can determine the root cause of the problem.
  4. If the problem was misuse, abuse or user error, there will be charges incurred.
